Oscar
Sandberg

Oscar holds a BBA in Business Administration and has been working with EV charging, battery storage technology, and shorepower since 2018. Before that, he spent 5 years in banking and finance at Nordea Bank, the leading bank in Northernmost Europe. Oscar is also a co-author of the EMSA AFVs Guidance, the world’s leading regulation on the technology we work with. His extensive experience in both finance and sustainable energy solutions shapes the strategic direction of the company.

Nils Bengtsson

Nils holds an MSc in Applied Mathematics and has a wealth of experience leading highly skilled development teams. He has worked at both the medtech startup Logex and Google, as well as gaining industrial experience at Alstom Power. Nils is responsible for designing, building, and deploying our CYAN Charging System, taking it from concept to full operation in under six months with a hand-picked team of developers. His technical expertise and leadership are crucial in driving our technological advancements.

Robert Rosenzweig

+25 years of experience of leading roles in various international businesses from heading stocklisted medium sized company to advising start-up and scale-up compaines within technology. I have worked and lived in several countries and have extensive global experience and speak a number of languges.

Commercially driven with experience from various industries in Europe and Asia. Key areas are strategy and to make sure it is implemented in reality, M&A and integrations, , business development, building up management system and compliance, securing and adapting financing through the various financial markets.

Trine Heinemann

Trine has extensive experience in regulatory documentation, class documentation, EU-level projects, and project management. As Project Coordinator for the Ellen E-Ferry project, she successfully secured €19M in EU Horizon funds. The Ellen E-Ferry, launched in 2019, was the world’s largest battery-powered ferry at the time. Trine’s expertise in managing large-scale projects and securing funding plays a key role in driving innovation and success in our initiatives.

Niclas Wulker Pettersson

MSc in Economics & Marketing. With extensive experience in sales, marketing, data, and digital, both in B2C and B2B sectors. For the past 4 years, he’s focused on marine electrification, leading business development and projects in marine charging infrastructure. Currently responsible for onshore business development, project leadership, and cooperation.

Deepthi Bennan

Deepthi acquired a B.Sc in Computer Science from University of Kerala and she also has more than six years experience in digital strategy on an international marketing scale. Her specialty includes global marketing for different sectors with a keen attention to brand communications and digital campaign execution. Previously, she has worked as a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Consultant and a Social Media Executive where she implemented several high-impact campaigns and increased brand visibility on social media by over 200%. Deepthi fuels the company’s global branding initiatives with her keen interest in international marketing and honed data analysis skills.

Tommy AU

Tommy has a bachelor degree in environmental engineering. He has been working for a number of Scandinavian marine technology companies in China since year 1999.

Raimo Gester

MSc in Electrical Engineering. Raimo brings extensive leadership experience in guiding companies and shaping business strategies. As CEO of Senseair AB, he transformed the company from a small research team into a global leader in air sensor technology, which was acquired by Japanese giant Asahi Kasei in 2018. His background also includes roles at ABB and Westermo. He has been an investor since 2018.

Christoffer Gustavsson

BSc in Engineering | Certified ETO | Maritime & Energy Tech Leader
Christoffer Gustavsson is a seasoned engineering leader with a strong track record in growing companies focused on energy optimization technologies. With a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and certification as an Electro-Technical Officer (ETO), he brings both technical expertise and strategic vision to every project. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Christoffer dedicated 15 years to Viking Line as a mechanical and electrical engineer.

Karin Ljungren

Board Member & Senior Advisor

MSc in Business Administration, MBA. With over 20 years of experience as a management consultant at telecom giant Ericsson, Karin founded an interior design company that holds patents capable of competing with market leaders such as IKEA. Karin specializes in technology implementation in new markets and strategic business development.

Marko Kivisild

Marko holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and has extensive experience in the industrial and marine sectors. Since 2007, he has worked on shore power, offshore projects, and onboard electrical engineering within the marine industry. With a deep understanding of electrical systems and automation, Marko plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our projects in the marine and energy sectors.

Olivia Nikolaidi

Olivia holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Project Management. She specializes in leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions. With hands-on experience in managing EV-charging software projects, she’s been involved in every step – from concept to real-world implementation.

Mykola Bulavkin

Mykola holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and an MSc in Software Development. Trained as an electrical engineer, he plays a key role as a product developer for the CYAN system, specifically the shipside component. With extensive experience in EV charging, data collection, AI-driven analysis, and IoT technologies, he brings a unique blend of skills to the team.

Ilya Kourilenko

Ilya has a BSc in Software Development and has contributed to large-scale telecommunications projects. He works closely with a cross-functional team to design and improve cloud-based systems using the newest tools in the industry. In our project, Ilya has played a key role in designing, deploying, and maintaining a cloud system infrastructure.
