At Marine Charging Point’s general meeting at the end of May, two new board members were elected: Karin Ljungren from Sweden and Christoffer Gustavsson from Finland (Åland). Raimo Gester will continue as the Chairman of the Board, and Oscar Sandberg remains CEO and board member.
Karin has over 15 years of entrepreneurship experience and a long career at telecom giant Ericsson. She brings expertise in product development, market strategies, and complex technology implementation.
Christoffer has over 20 years of experience in the marine industry, both at sea with Viking Line in marine electrics and on land in various roles. He is a partner at eMarine Engineering Nordic AB, a company focused on environmental and sustainability solutions for ships. His deep knowledge of the marine market and business growth will be valuable in guiding MCP’s future direction.
Additionally, we are excited to announce the opening of a new office in Tallinn, Estonia, located at Maakri 19/21, Tallinn 10145. The office will be overseen by CCO Klaus Kopelman and is ready to support our operations.
