Last week, Marine Charging Point’s Sales Representative APAC, Tommy AU attended Singapore Maritime Week, one of the leading global gatherings for the maritime sector. 

During the week, a wide range of maritime stakeholders, from shipping owners to technology developers to port authorities, were gathered. Our representative had the opportunity to connect with a wide range of professionals and exchange insights on the future of maritime electrification and sustainable port operations.  

This year’s event has shown that there is increasing pressure for the development of clean solutions in the industry, such as electric or hybrid ships, and the need for the development of charging facilities near ports. In addition, our technologies have been introduced and may become useful for shipping firms in the future. 

Participating in Singapore Maritime Week helps Marine Charging Point stay closely engaged with industry developments while strengthening relationships that support the future of sustainable maritime energy.
