Marine Charging Point Is Now an Official Member of the Alianza Net Zero-Mar Alliance
Marine Charging Point has joined the Alianza Net Zero-Mar in Spain.
This non-profit group works to speed up the process of reducing carbon emissions and moving towards electric solutions in the maritime and port industries.
They bring together different companies and organizations to work on this goal: cutting down emissions from these sectors in Spain.
The European Union has set a target to reduce net emissions by at least 55% by 2030, compared to 1990 levels, as part of the European Green Deal and climate laws.
Marine Charging Point plans to carry out over 200 projects by 2030 using its CYAN™ marine-grade charging systems.
These projects will not only focus on Europe but will also help drive the shift to electrification and cleaner energy in the global maritime and port industries.
